Gideon Asen Announces 2026 Perseverance Scholarship Winner

Gideon Asen LLC is proud to announce that Paige Lewis of Williamston, Michigan has been selected as the recipient of the Gideon Asen Perseverance Scholarship. This annual scholarship was created to support students who have experienced birth or childhood injuries and have demonstrated extraordinary resilience in pursuing higher education.

Paige’s story stood out among a strong group of applicants for her determination, strength, and commitment to overcoming the challenges she has faced. Her essay reflected the very qualities this scholarship was designed to recognize—perseverance, hard work, and a forward-looking mindset.

Paige will be attending Grand Valley State University this fall, where she plans to study Child Psychology. Her goal of helping others, particularly children facing challenges of their own, reflects a powerful full-circle moment and embodies the spirit of this award.
