We work with calculated urgency. Because our clients do not receive a recovery until the end of the case, it is critical that we move cases forward with a sense of urgency. This is no small task, as defendants and their lawyers are skilled at foot-dragging and delay. To overcome these forces, it is our responsibility to apply pressure and the force of our personalities to overcome inertia and move the process forward for our clients.
