WHO ARE WE

Many of you know us from cases we've worked on together or through shared organizations.

For those who don't, Ben and Taylor both grew up in Maine and earned their JDs from Yale Law School. After completing Federal clerkships and starting their careers at large New York City firms, they returned to Maine to represent injured individuals.

For the past seventeen years, Ben was a partner and owner of one of Maine’s largest and most successful plaintiff practices. Taylor started his career at a leading plaintiff class action firm and joined Ben's former firm in 2016.
