Joe Foltz

Joe is an attorney specializing in case intake, evaluation, and pre-litigation settlement for medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Joe started his career at a plaintiff’s side subrogation and property damage firm, so he understands the importance of providing clients with representation to maximize recovery while ensuring the case proceeds efficiently for the client. Joe understands how difficult injuries from a medical malpractice and personal injury case can be for the client and their families. 

As a lifelong Mainer, Joe graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in History and from the University of Maine School of Law. Born and raised in Bangor, Joe has lived all around the state and currently resides in Auburn. Outside of work, Joe enjoys Maine’s beauty by hiking, golfing, and visiting its coastlines with his friends and family.
