Rosie is a skilled writer and a passionate advocate for serving people in need. Before going to law school, she worked as a writer at Planned Parenthood Federation of America in New York City.

A native of Maine, Rosie was a competitive swimmer through college. Rosie graduated from Colby College and the George Washington University Law School.

After law school, Rosie worked at a large law firm in Portland.

Rosie lives in Portland with her husband and their daughters.
